 | | Joe and Bob are friends at school. They are talking about having a sleepover. |
 | (Jerry) "Bob, you're a dummy."
(Joe) "That's not nice." |
 | (Jerry) "You're a dummy too!"
(Bob) "Why are you saying that to us?"
(Joe) "Stop that!" |
 | (Jerry) What are you gonna do about it?"
(Bob) "Well, I'm going to tell my teacher." |
 | (Jerry) "What's your teacher gonna do?"
(Bob) "The teacher is gong to make you apologize to us.
(Jerry) "Well, she can't make me do that."
(Bob) "Oh, yes she can!" |
 | | (Bob) "Mrs. Sun, Jerry is being nasty and calling us dummies. And he won't apologize." |
 | (Mrs. Sun) "Jerry, did you call these boys dummies?"
(Jerry) "Yes, Mrs. Sun. I did."
(Mrs. Sun) "Thank you Jerry for telling me the truth. Now you have to apologize to both of them." |
 | (Jerry) "I'm sorry that I called you both dummies.
(Mrs. Sun) "Thank you Jerry. Now, why don't you all go play together nicely." |
