Creative Expression Contest Honorable Mention 2006
"No Name-Calling Week Rap" - Music By Miss Claycomb’s Third Period Exploratory Music Class, Ages 10-12 Frederick County Middle School Winchester, VA Teacher: Joanna Claycomb
Jan 06, 2006
I don’t like mean people walking through the school.
They make me feel bad like I’m so uncool.
Can’t we all be friends and just get along
Stop talking ‘bout each other and doing people wrong?
So you all need to change and be a little kinder.
I hope this rap can be your reminder.
It makes me hate life, going through this strife.
I get pushed all around and knocked to the ground.
Calling people names isn’t productive;
All it really is, is destructive.
So you all need to change and be a little kinder.
I hope this rap can be your reminder.
Bullying, peer pressure, fighting and teasing
Don’t belong in our school; they’re just not pleasing.
So during this week, each and every day,
NO-NAME-CALLING.
Think about what you say!
